Adrienne Pruitt, MD

Description

Dr. Adrienne Pruitt is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina. She earned a B.S. in psychology at Davidson College. She received her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She completed her residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she served as chief fellow. After fellowship, she was an attending physician at MUSC and has also worked with the South Carolina Department of Mental Health. Her current role is an attending physician on the child and adolescent psychiatry unit at the Institute of Psychiatry.
