Jeffrey Michael Pavlacic, Ph.D.

Description

Dr. Pavlacic is a licensed clinical psychologist in the Sleep, Mood, Anxiety Research & Treatment Division. He provides therapy to adults with anxiety disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, sleep disturbances, and co-occurring difficulties such as acute and chronic pain and sensory processing conditions. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mississippi, where he received comprehensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, and mindfulness-based interventions. He completed his predoctoral internship training and postdoctoral fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina and the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. In his clinical practice, he takes a personalized, cognitive-behavioral approach – tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals and values.
