Ashley Royer, DNP, PMHNP-BC, CCRN, is a distinguished health care professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her educational journey began at Greenville Technical College School of Nursing in Greenville, SC, where she earned her associate's degree in nursing in 1997. She continued her academic pursuits, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina. Ashley's commitment to excellence led her to achieve a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from MUSC. Ashley's career has been marked by numerous honors and awards, including an academic invitation to study independently at Oxford University. Ashley was also inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society and the Sigma Chai Honors Society. Her current role at MUSC is performing acute psychiatric assessments in the adult emergency department.
